We had a great time on our trip to Tampa. All of our
arrangements were planned out and extremely well organized. You guys
handled everything from start to finish except forgetting to tell
Billick to pull Grbac in the second quarter.

STU runs a first class operation. From the bus ride up,
to the hotel, to the happy hour, my experience with STU was an excellent
one. When I first contacted Steve about a Ravens road trip, the trip was
sold out, but he said that he would see what he could do. Within 5 days,
Steve called me letting me know that he'd gotten us on the trip, we
would just be riding a different bus. I was very impressed with his
level of service and willingness to help me get on the road trip. I am
extremely excited about going on more trips this year.

details for the upcoming season.

First of all you know that Nick, Nicholas and I really
enjoyed your trips. You guys did a great job! Our seats at the games
were great! Our hotel accommodations were above expectations for a
football weekend! The amount of care your put into providing
refreshments and snacks on the bus trips is outstanding. You are
customer focused, enthusiastic, informative and excellent shepards for
those who tend to wander off. When we follow the Ravens on the road, we
will only use STU -- you guys are the best!

We had a fantastic time in Tennessee with you guys last
year. The hotel was top notch and we had a great time at the happy hour
where we got a chance to know the rest of the group on the trip and to
meet you as well. The trip was well run. I've been on many group trips
before, and most were not run as smoothly as yours. I think the best
part was not having to make all the arrangements myself! You guys
thought of everything! Your prices were very reasonable in comparison to
trips run by other people - I felt like you provided much more for a
lower price, so it was a no-brainer in deciding to book with you. I'm
looking forward to traveling with you again this season.

Just wanted to drop you a note in regard to the great
time we had on the Tennessee trip. As you know it was 10 in our group
and everything STU did was terrific. The air travel, the transportation
to and from the airport, the cocktail party, and of course the Raven
Victory. John and yourself run a 1st class operation. We will travel
again with you. Speaking of traveling we have a lot of interest in the
Green Bay trip. Please let me know about that trip when you get it all
put together.

Just a note to let you know what a great time we had
with you guys on the Tennessee trip this past year. Beating them for
their first loss at Adelphia was icing on the cake. Your side trip to
the Tennessee vs. Arkansas game was a great idea! A really super weekend
of football. Not to mention the Nashville nightlife!

Last year's Jacksonville trip was a blast! The entire
package: transportation, hotel, game and tailgate - were all as
advertised...no surprises. The other guests on the trip were also
die-hard Raven fans just looking for a good time...no trouble makers.
Steve and John were not only the organizers, but also participants.
They're just fans like us, but know what they're doing when it comes to
planning trips. My friends and I are going to make one away game each
year...and its going to be with STU. Thanks again, and we're all
anxiously awaiting this years line-up of trips.

Linda and I can't wait to book Raven Road Trips with you
guys again this year. When I first called you last year to see about
booking three road trips ( Washington, Phoenix, and Tennessee ), you
told me that although your Company was new, you and your partner John,
were committed to making every trip a "First Class" experience. The
friendly and professional way you and John assisted us and everyone else
on our trips has to be rated higher then just plain "First Class", like
the Raven's operation last year, yours was and is "SUPER FIRST CLASS"
all the way. Linda and I have been on many trips and we can not remember
experiencing any one of them being completely hassle free, that is,
until we went on your trips and you guys did it three straight times.
Feel free to have any new travelers who want assurance that you guys are
great, to give us a call.
We are thinking about possibly doing four trips this
year, Pittsburgh, Green Bay, Jacksonville, and Tampa Bay, so please send
us information when its available.

I just want to thank both of you for the great time we
had on the Tenn. playoff trip. Both my wife and I had a great time. The
hotel was convenient to the stadium and to all the local attractions.
The rooms were really nice too. My wife is not a big sports fan, so I
was a little worried that she might be bored. No way! You guys went out
of your way to make sure that there was plenty of other things to do
then just the game. Both of you knew the city, how to get around and the
best places to eat, shop and party! As for me, the whole experience was
great. All I had to do was show up. Everything was prearranged, from the
plane ride, cab ride to the hotel and game day activities. We plan on
going to at least one game this year and maybe more. Please put us on
your mailing list.

"Thank You" once again. You were so instrumental in making a dream come
true for Keith and I . This was an experience that neither one of us
will ever forget. let's make some plans for the future. I feel that we
have found some really good and true friends throughout this process.

Steve and John, Just wanted to let you know you've made
our third father and son road trip very fun and very special. I really
appreciated the sincerity shown towards my son Andrew, as he was the
only child on the trip. For that I am grateful! Hope to travel with you
guys many more times.

Steve and John - Just wanted you to know
what a great time I had on your Redskins trip this past Sunday. From a
girl's point of view I can honestly say that it exceeded my
expectations. The "brunch" with the omelet man was a great way to start
off the morning. Anyone, regardless of their interest in football would
have had a great time. The bus was an added bonus as it was extremely
comfortable and made the ride go by quickly. It was even better when we
left the stadium to sit back and relax while someone else battled the
traffic. The snack packs were also a nice touch proving that you both
really go the extra mile for your guests. We look forward to many more
exciting trips in the future!
